SARRALLE has been selected by JSW BPSL to improve the Fume Exhaust System at Tehsil , Odisha facilities, India.
Bhushan Power & Steel Limited (BPSL) is a leading manufacturer of flat and long products and has state-of-the-art plants at Chandigarh, Derabassi, Kolkata, and Orissa in India. These plants manufacture value-added products covering the entire steel value chain right from Coal Mining to manufacturing Pig Iron, DRI, Billets, HR Coils, CR Coils, GP/GC Sheets, Precision Tubes, Black Pipe/GI Pipe, Cable Tapes, Tor Steel, Carbon, and Special Alloy SteelWire Rods and Rounds conforming to IS and international standards.
The main objectives of this new order is to improve the existing Fume Exhaust System ( FES ) of the 4 x 100tn Electric Arc Furnaces ( EAF ) and 5 x 100tn Ladle Furnaces ( LRF ) and auxiliaries, considering that steel plant will produce 100 heat per day and 60% hot metal of total charge mix considering 9.000 Nm3/h oxygen blowing.
The new FES installation will be connected to the existing primary and secondary extraction, increasing the total extraction capacity and obtaining a bigger total flow value for all the installation fumes extraction system.
SARRALLE will provide the Design and Engineering of the new system, Manufacturing , Erection, Start Up and Comissioning , scheduled for the end of 2024 , begining of 2025.
